This Privacy Policy explains how Toler Air Care Today LLC, doing business as Air Care Today ("Air Care Today," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit aircaretodayhvac.com (the "Site"), contact us, book an appointment, or receive text messages from us.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form, call, email or book an appointment, we collect what you provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address and a description of your request. If you check the optional text-message box, we also record that you gave consent, when, and the consent wording you agreed to.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse.
- Cookies and tracking. The Site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not include third-party tracking scripts.
How we use information
- To respond to your requests and provide estimates, service and support
- To schedule, confirm and remind you about appointments
- To send text messages you've agreed to receive (see below)
- To keep records of the service we provide and meet legal, tax and licensing requirements
- To protect the Site and our business from fraud, spam and abuse
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in, for example by checking the optional box on our contact form or by asking us to text you, Air Care Today may send you text messages related to your service, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and replies to your inquiries. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies based on your service requests and appointments.

- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You'll receive one message confirming your opt-out, and then no further messages unless you opt in again.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or call (512) 333-1135.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
All of the sharing described in the next section excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to run our business, and never for third parties' marketing:
- Service providers who help us operate, such as website hosting, website form processing, email delivery, appointment scheduling and messaging platforms. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our business or others.
- Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.
Online booking
Our online booking page is provided by Google Calendar appointment scheduling. When you book there, the information you enter is processed by Google under Google's own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can schedule your visit.
How long we keep information
We keep information as long as needed to provide service, maintain customer and job records, and meet legal, tax and licensing obligations. Then we delete or de-identify it.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us (below). Some records may need to be kept for legal or business reasons.
- You may submit our contact form without agreeing to receive text messages.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other sites, such as Google Calendar, Google Maps and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
